For this shot, Joelle had to direct Andrew into the right spot so that when she took the picture, she could see him in the reflection. He couldn’t see himself.

This reflection shot worked out alright, but because the sun was not shining directly on Joelle, her reflection in the glass was not very bright.

This shot worked out much better because the sun was shining on Andrew and it allowed for the reflection to show up much clearer.

Getting kids to go to a mirror is fun because you can see multiple angles of them all at the same time and in the same image.
